Our systems may utilize third-party platforms, including GoHighLevel, to manage communications, customer records, automation workflows, forms, phone systems, voicemail, email, and SMS messaging.
3. Communications Consent
By submitting your information through our website, forms, landing pages, calendars, or other communication channels, you expressly consent to receive communications from NexAnswer LLC, including:
Emails
Phone calls
Voicemail messages
SMS/text messages
Appointment reminders
Onboarding notifications
Service-related alerts
SMS communications are only sent where proper consent has been obtained in accordance with applicable law.

4. SMS Messaging Terms
By opting into text messages from NexAnswer LLC, you agree to the following terms:
NexAnswer LLC provides software and support services for local businesses. When you opt in, you may receive appointment reminders, onboarding alerts, service notifications, and account-related updates.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” to +1 312-478-3196. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at [email protected].
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you.
You will receive transactional messages based on your account activity, appointments, and onboarding status. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

All content, branding, software workflows, graphics, systems, text, and materials provided by NexAnswer LLC are owned by or licensed to NexAnswer LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, resell, modify, or distribute our materials without written permission.
9. Disclaimers
Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, lead generation results, revenue outcomes, or specific business performance.
Third-party systems and carriers may impact availability.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NexAnswer LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the services.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you to NexAnswer LLC in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
